Nicely Furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment

Great property!

Ive had an amazing experience living in this one-bedroom apartment! The location is perfectclose to everything you could possibly need, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The neighbors are polite and respectful, which creates a really welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Myself, my dog, and my cat settled in quickly with no issues. Jake and Bella have been fantasticfriendly, responsive, and truly professional. Any questions or minor issues have been addressed promptly and with genuine care. Its clear they take pride in maintaining the property and keeping tenants happy. I couldnt be more pleased with my time here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly home and an unbeatable location!

Nice, quiet space, great location

My fiance and our 2 dogs stayed for 6 months in this apartment and it didn't take long to feel like home. It is super close to both Bronson and Ascension hospitals, as well as plenty of places to eat, check out local art, and there's a nice dog park nearby. We love to cook & the kitchen was great for planning & cooking meals, with tons of fridge & freezer space to hold everything. Laundry is conveniently located with designated days when the machines are shared. The neighbors were nice and kept to themselves, and Jake & Bella were very accommodating with anything we needed to improve the space.
