Remodeled Garage into a 1.5 bedroom unit. Separate entrance. Full bath, super hot water and water pressure. Very quiet and insulated. Blackout curtains, and private entrance. Great heat and AC. The unit has a pull out couch for guests, as well as a cooktop, range hood, full fridge, microwave, counter top toaster oven, coffee, pots pans. The Bathroom is outfitted with a deep sink for dishwashing, and such.

Accessible and easy to communicate
I stayed in this residence from the middle of March through the end of May. It's centrally located to most anything you would need with accessibility to a park nearby. If given the opportunity I would stay again!

Nice quiet space
This is place is great for a single traveler or couple. It's quiet and safe. Melanie is a great landlord and is very responsive and courteous. I especially liked the water dispenser.

Quiet, spacious, and comfortable!
I'm traveling around for clinical rotations, and this place was a perfect fit for what I needed. The place and neighborhood are quiet and in a great location! The place is spacious and really does have great hot water pressure in the shower. A potential con is that there's only one sink in the bathroom, but I don't mind doing dishes after each meal, especially since the sink is deep enough to do dishes without getting water everywhere! Melanie is also very responsive and will answer all your questions!
