Great place to stay!!
I can’t stress enough how wonderful this casita and John and Shelby are. The location is right off the highway perfect to commute to school, but also walkable to the beach, shops, etc. If you are a student at GIA and considering living here, know that it is close to school and to fun. The owners communicate well and in fast timing, and are quick to assist with anything needed. Their dog is very sweet and playful and did not cause any issues. The place is stocked with every appliance / cleaning supply you may need, and there’s always street parking along with the driveway spot too. Neighbors are very nice, and I have no complaints. Would stay there again if I had the opportunity to! The price is also very reasonable for how great the neighborhood and the great condition of the ADU.

Amazing place!
I stayed here for about 7 months and it was great. Landlords are accommodating and helpful with open communication. Sweet and cozy place. Definitely would stay here again!
