Charming Nashville Haven - Two-Bedroom Apartment with Prime Amenities and Near Lively Local Amenities

August-October 2026

I stayed here from August to October 2026 and this property and the owners were wonderful. The property is newly updated and well maintained. Living on my own I felt safe with the gate, outdoor cameras, and alarms. The landlords periodically checked in and were super accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 great house, great people, great area.

Wonderful Stay

I stayed at this property for about 3 months and had an excellent time. The place was clean and had all that I needed for the time being. The kitchen is on the smaller side, so if you cook frequently this would be something to consider! There is also no dryer, but they provide a drying rack. The landlords gave me my privacy and were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The location was close to everything I needed such as downtown but it is located between a busy high way and street. However, once you are inside the house, it is no bother. I would definitely recommend this stay and would come stay again.
