The house is a modern two story house with small back yard and a large garden area on a corner lot. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with greenspace and local hiking trails and parks. The room is a quiet second-floor bedroom with a wall bed and desk. When our 20-year-old daughter is not at college, she shares the bathroom. The bath is private (but occasionally shared with house guests) with a shower and tub. Some garage storage space is available, but there is no room for a car.
