The house is a modern two story house with small back yard and a large garden area on a corner lot. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with greenspace and local hiking trails and parks. The room is a quiet second-floor bedroom with a wall bed and desk. When our 20-year-old daughter is not at college, she shares the bathroom. Upstairs bedroom with closet and private bath. Includes Murphy Bed, desk + chair. The window has blackout shade and drapes. The bath is private (but occasionally shared with house guests) with a shower and tub. Some garage storage space is available, but there is no room for a car. Closet is 8' wide and not included in the Square footagehardwood floors.
Quiet residential neighborhood about 10 minutes drive from the commercial center at Cedar Hills and about 15 minutes from Downtown Portland.
