I had the beautiful master bedroom and bathroom + garage access, and it all was a great experience. The room is gigantic, the mattress, super comfortable, the bathroom, really really nice with a huge shower. Being able to park my car in the garage was really a nice plus. The kitchen is very well furnished with all cooking utensils required, even for someone who cooks a lot like me. Nice shared common rooms too, the kitchen, dining room and the living are spacious, and all the furniture is of good taste. Everything is high quality, not your usual "disposable, can-be-banged-furniture" of a lot of rental places. If you are looking for a nice, clean and on the more luxurious end, this is definitely the place to rent. The pool is also another great amenity of this rental!!

Port St John pool home

We stayed in this rental for 3 months. Anderson does a great job communicating and making sure everything is in great working condition. The kitchen is well stocked with most cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans you would need. The furniture is comfortable as are the beds. The internet works great and the smart TV's do also. The backyard and pool are great! The neighborhood is very quiet. There are several cameras up outside for security. You are also very close to many stores for groceries and other needs.

We're so grateful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. The backyard was absolutely gorgeous -the inground pool was a dream, and we spent so many relaxing moments enjoying that peaceful space. Anderson is so kind, accommodating our three dogs. His generosity and hospitality didn't go unnoticed and we truly appreciated every thoughtful detail. Thank you again for sharing your gorgeous home-it was a perfect getaway!

Perfect mid term rental while we waited on our new home build. Great property with beautiful pool and fully fenced in back yard that was great for our 2 dogs. The owner, Anderson, was very easy to work with and addressed any issues promptly. We loved the area being close to Space Coast and could view the rocket launches right from the backyard. We highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again.
