Great rental
I have been at this property just under a month. So far my experience has been positive. I toured the unit independently while on the phone with LL. On move in day landlord was present to welcome me. LL worked with me on the terms of the lease that I was comfortable with. LL and his wife were exceptionally kind and welcoming. What stood out for me was the kindness he showed my daughter. I struggled a bit to find housing, which I attributed to the fact that I am traveling with a teenager. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable. No intrusive questions were asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything in the house is clean and new. Many thoughtful touches are found throughout the house. I love being on the third floor on our own. We have a large comfortable bathroom. I am very grateful we found this housing.
BEST STAY IN NY!!
This place is clean, spacious and BEAUTIFUL! Built in the 1900s, so strong bones and ingeniously modernized to fit your everyday needs and comfort! Large windows everywhere for natural light and the beds were extremely comfortable. Amazing FULL kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. There's a small dining room bar to sit and eat/drink and a full-sized dining room table and area just before the living room! Giant flatscreen TV and two long comfortable couches are the staple of the downstairs! There is also a gigantic back yard for parking 4+ vehicles and a grassy shaded area if you light sitting outside. For rainy days, the porches are covered and large enough for a group to drink coffee together and enjoy the outside without the sun on them! You can tell just how much effort was put into making this place comfy and modern! I've never been this impressed with a rental stay. You have got to try this place!
