Great Location

I rented this apartment for 6 months during my contract. The location was great and peaceful. It is within walking distance to a park and a 15 minute drive to the hospital I worked at. The apartment is updated and has a nice shower and a washer/dryer in the basement. The landlords were kind and helpful - they also take care of all the yardwork and snow removal. There is no access to the backyard though. And only off-street parking. But my experience there overall was great.

Beware and Avoid Property!!!

This property is in terrible shape. I arrived the pictures looked nothing like they did when I saw them in person. The landlord is deceiving and so is her partner. Shower was gross and moldy. Neighborhood is in a sketchy location, lots of crime. Street parking is a nightmare. Backyard has fleas, which I had to deal with the entire time I was there. Do not stay here!!

To future tenants. We apologize for any miscommunication this tenant has written. Unfortunately he did not communicate any of his concerns with us during his 9 month stay. He had access to us through email & text and did not once contact us of his remarks above. He left our propery abruptly with no notice and left the place in disarray. We hoped to talk with him but did not answer our texts. Rest assure we have had our property inspected & we DO NOT have any mold in our property. We have a lovely neighborhood & beautiful park within walking distance. I lived there 2 years prior to renting it through FF. I was safe. We have the hightest standards to renting our property to future tentants. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. We continue to provide excellent communication with our tenants. Look forward to moving past his hurtful review.
