Ashley is an amazing landlord!

Ashley has a beautiful basement apartment with views of the mountains. It was very nice to have such a pretty view while enjoying coffee in the morning. Her home is tucked away in an incredibly safe and quiet neighborhood that is less than two miles from a host of our frequently visited shops, as well as a number of restaurants. It is also extremely close to the I-25, and therefore an easy commute. There was also ample street parking for our cars. The apartment was very clean, and the layout and design was both functional and relaxing to be in after a long day at work. I also have to work from home on some days, and it was easy to do. I felt at home in her space. The laundry room has a folding table and a drying rack, both of which were very nice to have. I appreciated Ashley's clear communication and her welcoming personality. It is clear from how she sets the apartment up that she cares very much about the comfort of her guests. Thank you so much again, Ashley.

Great place in Monument...near AFA and all conveniences

Lovely peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood in Monument. Ashley was a great host, available as needed but giving us our privacy. We were there for a few weeks after selling our home. The layout allows good separation between the two bedrooms if you bring your awesome kids with you or if you bring others. This is a well-lit walk-out basement apartment and you very rarely hear anything from the people upstairs. Good access to all outdoor activities in the area and easy access to Colorado Springs, Castle Rock and Denver. Skip the hotel and stay at Ashley's. Very much recommended.
