Short drive to the beach and all activities if you want to be at the marina, waterway, restaurants and shops. Unit has a brand new roof on it and the entire neighborhood and landscaping is extremely well maintained. Open concept floor plan with beautiful water view.

The unit is on the 2nd floor and has a lovely water view with a fountain off the balcony and also view from the primary bedroom. Open floorplan and good sized bedrooms with closet space. Updated lighting and furnishings, fresh paint. $500 security deposit and background check required, minimum credit score of 700.

Loved my stay!
I stayed at this sweet condo while working in Myrtle Beach. It was clean, decorated well and so peaceful! The location was great and it felt like being in my own home. The owners are very responsive and so easy to work with. I would stay there again!
