I stayed here during my summer internship. The apartment is a good size with everything you would need for an extended stay. The neighbors are quiet and kind. The area is safe and conveniently located. Antonia is quick to respond and very helpful, when I had to extend my stay she helped me set that up.

Cozy, quiet, and comfortable guest house

I came here for a stable location during a work contract, and the guest house is very suitable for someone like me- a single traveler with a dog. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable with sidewalks and access to Overton Square and even Overton Park if you're up for a walk or bike ride.The house itself is small and comfortable with plenty of amenities, and I didn't have any issues at all while I was here, and anything that came up eas minor and anecdotal. Antonia is very communicative and helpful and she understood my situation when I was unexpectedly laid off from my contract. I highly recommend this spot for long term stays!
