A gem in Plantation

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful upstairs apartment for 3 months and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was extremely spacious, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and a peaceful atmosphere in a quiet residential enclave. The location was ideal for us being close to Central Park and a grocery store. The best part was sharing the house with the hosts who live in the downstairs apartment. They were incredibly thoughtful, accessible and responsive throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcome and at home. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in southern Florida.

The BEST accommodations

I stayed at Igor and Sergio's place for 3 months with my 2 daughters, while our house was renovated. The apartment is very private, beautiful, comfortable, has everything one needed, but most of all very secured. I felt safe leaving my teenage daughters by themselves while I run errands (I work from home) or run in the morning. The neighborhood is beautiful and secured. The location couldn't be better: at walking distance we had grocery stores, bank, local restaurants, even a beauty parlor for my daughters. A big park for my morning runs. Highways are only 5 mins away. It really felt like home. Igor and Sergio were always prompt and responsive to our requests (only a couple) and helped us move effortless. They are true gentlemen. They became our friends. Many thanks!

Best rental experience ever

My parents and I had a wonderful stay here for about two and a half months. I was in the area for a clinical rotation, and this place truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking appliances we needed, which made long-term living very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and we really enjoyed taking walks here. Most importantly, the hosts, Igor and Serge, are incredibly welcoming and kind. They were always responsive and helpful, fixing the stove when a wire broke and checking in on us regularly. They even sent us flowers from time to time and always warm to talk to. During our stay, my father had a medical emergency, and Igor and Serge offered immediate help and shared useful advice, which meant so much to our family. Their care and kindness truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming stay.

Igor and Serge made our stay very comfortable and were very attentive and timely to any concerns that we had. The accommodations themselves were clean and spacious and provided us with a very comfortable stay. 5 stars!

Best FF experience yet

Igor and Sergio were by far the best hosts I have experienced in my 6 years of traveling. The south Florida housing market is tough, and they provided the best value as well as the warmest hospitality during my time there. The apartment is beautiful and wonderfully equipped, with a lovely patio overlooking the water. I felt safe, comfortable, and got excellent sleep in the king bed. The kitchen and bath were two other perks of living there. I will miss them dearly and look forward to returning! I highly, highly recommend staying with them!
