Amazing stay
Bob & Cathy, we're amazing. The unit has everything you can possibly need, street parking, and most importantly safe. My pup Belle and I had a wonderful 7 month stay here and there's plenty of things within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I had another assignment in LA.

Cozy and safe rental :)
I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the landlords, Bob and Cathy. Great location, near Santa Monica and a short drive to the beach. Also, I could walk to neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Bob and Cathy are incredibly kind, gracious, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the space. Parking was easy and I always found a spot right out front. My dogs and I loved the backyard and very safe, walkable neighborhood. I have traveled many places and this was at the top of the list. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! You guys are phenomenal people :)
