Home with a garage and yard less than 7mins from OSF ,Carle &

great location

I'm a travel healthcare worker, this unit is very convenient to OSF and Carle Methodist hospitals. Garage is attached to the units. Neighborhood is quiet. Shopping and grocery are very close. I highly recommend Grace"s duplex.

Easy yes!

I rented this property for about 5 months during my travel RN contract & I absolutely loved my stay. The home itself is tucked in a quiet neighborhood thats only about a 7-8 minute drive to the hospitals. Plus, any major store you're looking for is anywhere from 5-20 minutes away. The property is just as pictured & favored how it has a connected garage (with remote to open/close). As a solo female, traveler, I felt safe, calm, & rested here. If considering, you wont be disappointed.

Lovely Home!

My family and I had the pleasure of renting this lovely home, and our experience was great . The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for our family, and we especially appreciated the modern decor and appliances! The owner was very responsive, kind, and always willing to help. Any questions or minor concerns we had were addressed promptly, making our stay stress-free.
