Excellent for travelers!

I loved staying here! Incredibly safe area for living and a great location for checking out all of the cool things New England has to offer. Tom is a fantastic host and he was very flexible with me regarding move in/out dates, which was super important on a travel contract. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, quiet location in the area! I feel very lucky I found it for my stay.

Fantasic Rental!

My S.O. and I rented this property as a temporary residence. This property is located in a private, beautiful,quiet, country setting that is in close proximity to both Concord, NH and Manchester, NH locations. This is a space that is clean, comfortable, and has everything that you need. My S.O. & I love spending time on the screened in deck area that is private to the renter. We also like trekking through the woods on the nearby conservation land walking trails. The property owner lives on premise and is very cognizant of privacy. He is very kind, organized, efficient, and flexible. He is very accommodating to the renter. My S.O. and I have really enjoyed our stay here. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone who needs a safe and comfortable home away from home! Thanks!!!
