Amazing House

Loved this stay! The location is perfect for access to both cities with lots of trails nearby! The house itself was clean and spacious. Even though it is the basement unit I didn't have any issues with noise and the blackout shades are perfect for a night shift nurse. Courtney and Marcin are great hosts and were quick to help with any needs!

Excellent stay - highly recommend

I had a great experience staying at this property. The place was exactly as described. Clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to everything I needed, and the neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. The apartment itself was fully equipped with all essentials, which made settling in very easy. The host was responsive, professional, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. Overall, this was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to others looking for a reliable furnished rental.

Clean, quiet and cozy apartment!

Marcin and Courtney were great hosts. The house, yard and amenities were kept very tidy and well maintained. They were super responsive to any concerns we had - and they were patient with us, when one of our dogs kept trying to break out into the shared hallway! The location is excellent, with easy walking access to Minnehaha park and the scenic byway walking/biking paths. The apartment itself is virtually brand new and is comfortably stocked. Because it's a basement apartment, it's very quiet, cool, and safe. Access to the yard isn't direct, but was very nice to have a space for our dogs to run around. We had a delightful stay and would recommend this space!
