Long Sands Cottage

As a traveling nurse and finding this gem, my stay was great. This place was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Literally just a few hundred feet from the ocean. My favorite part was walking the beach no matter what time. Jason and his wife Cindy have thought of everything, and they are just a text away. York and the surrounding towns are still pretty active during off season. There is no laundry on site but there are two laundry businesses. One about a mile from the cottage, they close early like 5pm but well cleaned and Mary who works there was so fun to talk to, super sweet and was also helpful. Second one is in Kittery, open much later, I did my laundry one night after shift like 9p and they were also very clean, cash and debit allowed. My stay was from Oct 11- Jan 11, I would highly recommend this place. My assignment was in Rochester, NH ( 20miles, 35 mins or so drive time). The back way was no tolls.
