About the landlord

Im a semi-retired physical therapist, UCONN grad. Im married with 3 sons, all married, we have 6 grandchildren, all whom love this house in Niantic. We bought this house some 20 years ago when our youngest son was attending UCONN and as a student of Coastal Studies most of his classes were located at the Avery Point campus, a long ride from Windham. The house was built at the end of the 19th century as a summer cottage but was renovated in the 50s for a year round residence
