This is a sloppy place. The landlady is nice but doesn't clean up the kitchen. I haven't been able to cook there at all during my 2 months. My bedroom was clean. I was able to vacuum frequently cuz of the hair from the kitty cat. The room mate in the basement is sloppy as well. Cleaning up after oneself seems to be an enigma in this house. This is why you only see one pic of the bedroom and nothing else. So be aware of the uncouth condition (and that is putting it mildly).

Hello! I am an elementary/middle school music teacher. I love my job! I am single looking to rent out my basement. It's a two bedroom, bath, and living room with a shared kitchen and laundry room. I love to hike, run, and be outside. My backyard is setup with a grill, two outdoor tables/chairs-ready for entertaining friends and family. I have a very friendly cat who mostly stays inside.
