Meticulously Maintained, Fully Equipped Condo in Safe Neighborhood

I love this place

I stayed here for several months while attending school and it was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, looked just like the photos, it was spacious yet cozy, peaceful and quiet. And it smelled good! Several places I've rented in Ogden had a funky odor, which is the last thing I want to come home to after an exhausting day. But there were no unpleasant surprises during my stay here, quite the opposite, it was exactly what I was hoping for and better than I expected. I felt right at home. The location was perfect for me: a mere 5 minute drive from campus, and within walking distance of shops, a grocery store, and a Starbucks. The neighbors were friendly and I was able to sleep soundly at night. I liked the place so much, I asked Brandon if I could purchase it from him. Alas, he declined the offer, but I'm pleased that there's this gem of a place that i can return to next school year. Lastly, Brandon is great, by far the most reasonable landlord I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Great Landing Spot

Brandon's townhome was the perfect spot to arrive at when we made our move from Hawaii to Utah. He was easy to work with and very flexible with our needs. He allowed us to sign a month to month lease while we looked for a house to buy and for our household goods to arrive. It is fully stocked with everything we needed and was the perfect size for a family of 3.
