Excellent experience for college intern

My college aged son was in the area for 2 months for an internship. The apartment was a great location and had everything he needed. The owner was very responsive and was great to work with. She immediately replaced a TV where there were issues with the picture. If he returns next summer I would absolutely rent again!

Retaliatory, invasive, controlling, bad faith business practices, hostile, and unprofessional

She started sending me series of essay-like text messages, around 7am the outside light is on, turn it off, shut the windows, set your a/c to 70 to conserve energy, at 8pm your kitchen light is on, turn it off. I requested a work order for the sinks and shower head, and she demanded that she needed to stay inside my apartment while the handyman was working, because she wanted to learn plumbing work. she would use the second hallway door to enter my apartment without 48hr notice.I requested that the front door be for guests including her and with a 48hr notice. She retaliated sliding unwanted handwritten notes underneath my door during odd hours at night. Then I got a ring camera for that door as extra security. Then she tried knocking down my camera, and it scared me. Following that she would tape pieces of paper over my ring camera lens which I reported to the police. She threatened eviction and rent increase. I finally decided to move out.
