An amazing apartment!
My husband and I leased Megans place for 6 months. It was perfect for what we needed! Megan is very thoughtful and a great landlord. The space is clean, airy, with a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The yard is huge and fenced in so we were able to bring our dog with us and he was very happy. You cant beat the location . It is minutes from 12 south, Brentwood, and many of Nashvilles best coffee spots (Dozen, Perren, District, and Fast Times). It is a quick trip on the interstate to Franklin. The space has been newly remodeled with modern appliances and finishes. We highly recommend it!

This was perfect for us!
We couldnt have asked for a better stay! The house is in a great location with a huge fenced- in backyard that allowed us to play with our dog. Its on a quiet street that is very close to downtown Nashville. The house has everything you would need and was perfect for our little family. Megan is the best as she was always available, easy to work with, and extremely nice! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone and everyone.
