Respectful and Pleasant, Clean and Comfy Room

Length of stay = 1 month. I was very wary because of the previous review but I decided to take a chance after speaking to her. It turned out to be a great choice! Beth was so welcoming! She was very respectful of my boundaries and gave me my privacy. She was understanding, polite, and very generous! She is very flexible and will work with you, like offering me extra days (for free!) when the power went out all over Oahu at the end of my lease. It was a great way to start my relocation in Hawaii, definitely felt the aloha spirit in Beth. If you treat her and her home with respect, you will get the same back. The room I had was comfortable and CLEAN! Plenty of parking on the street, never had an issue. Quiet neighbors/neighborhood and amazing location. Water pressure was surprisingly good too. If you need a comfortable, convenient, and trustworthy/safe room, go with Beth. Only negative is the washer/dryer doesn't have good rain cover so when there's heavy rain, you can't use it.

Only could tolerate a month

Beth has a decent enough place in a quiet location. However, there were multiple issues that convinced me to leave early. Beth is very talkative, to the point she would talk to me through the bathroom door. Personal space seemed an issue immediately. My bedroom door also did not have a key for the lock. So all my personal items were not secure. Not a big deal really, until I found out her neighbor came over and took pictures of my room and the fridge and bathroom. I was unaware this guy had access to the property and was given no warning he would be coming over. My final issue was Beth had cameras in the kitchen area she did not disclose to me. When I asked to leave early over these concerns she became very angry and even threatened me. I had to tell her I was pursuing legal protection for myself and than she got all nice. Just heed caution if you stay here. Demand a locked room and be prepared to have your ear talked off. Good luck if you stay....
