Bad Landlord
Apartment is an attic above a sober living house for men (not disclosed to me). Not judging but as a single lady I wish I had been told. Parking is in the alley (at night is creepy). Street parking is tight; not always available. Steep outside wooden staircase near the back to enter the attic. Nice kitchen and interior but had spiders. Nice large TV. Shower has pitched angled ceiling and have to stand at the far end for water and squat down a little for water (tall ppl need not apply); I'm 5'7. Got a fraction of deposit back despite leaving it clean. Landlord I don't return full deposit . Rent paid via app is convenient but charges an extra fee ($43/month). Lady landlord was aggressive and kind of shady.
