Inflexible
The landlord is very particular. She thinks it's OK to come into the common area without notice. She also expects you not to leave anything in the common area. This includes blankets. They will NOT prorate your rent if your contract gets canceled. You have to pay for your own credit check/background check. I was charged for a chair that I did not break. You don't get any say in what roommate you get.
