Beautiful Condo in Great Location

David's condo is an exceptional property, very conveniently located. It is much nicer than most mid-term rentals and was perfect for my three-month stay. The building is new and the condo is as beautiful as in the photos. The rooms are spacious, with a large master bedroom, bath, and closet, and a second bedroom set up as an office. The open kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with supplies, and all the new appliances work perfectly. The condo is a short 10-minute drive from the UT campus and downtown. It is located in the heart of the walkable Mueller neighborhood, with grocery stores, cinema, restaurants, and parks all within a 5-minute walk. One of the best Mexican restaurants in town is literally across the street, and the best farmer's market happens every weekend just a couple of blocks away. David is a gracious and welcoming host, always communicative and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay at David's condo and I'm looking forward to returning!
