Lovely Place
This was such a great place to stay while I was on contract in Memphis! Pat is super helpful and friendly, all around great landlord! The place is quiet, comfortable and centrally located. Super close to the hospitals which was very nice. My dog and I loved going for walks around the neighborhood and I felt safe the whole time I stayed there :)
Great place, wonderful host, in a nice neighborhood
I had the pleasure of staying in Pats guest house for three months. I was the first guest to rent it and had a pleasant stay, the owners live in the main house and as such were quick to address the couple very minor issues I had during my stay. The house is located in a well-established, very pretty neighborhood with plenty of stores and food nearby. Easy access to major highways and the airport. One of Memphiss older, more prestigious neighborhoods and as such I found it to be quiet with no crime to speak of. Police seem to patrol regularly. I had no issues parking my car on the street. Its a pretty cool space, has everything you need and lots of storage. It was just me and my cat, but I imagine even if you were traveling with a significant other youd have plenty of room. I would not hesitate to contact Pat again if I needed a place to stay in Memphis.
