A perfect stay!
I truly enjoyed my stay here! The hosts are super friendly and always on top of everything. They were always a text away! The space felt homey and cozy. The backyard was perfect for my pup, and you are a short walk away from a pup friendly coffee shop! I felt safe and ran around the neighborhood quite often. I would definitely stay here again!
Great!
I stayed here for almost 4months and had such a great experience. The location was super convenient and close to the hospital which made my stay sooo much easier. The fenced-in yard was a plus and perfect for my dog, Max! We loved it. Anything that came up was handled quickly. Communication was always fast and responsive. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of which truly made the stay comfortable and easy for me. I definitely recommend staying here.
Avoid!!!
My husband and I have been using Furnished Finder for awhile. We've always gotten our deposits back and have several great references from landlords we've rented from on this app. Victoria and her parents were pushy about the $1900 deposit from the beginning (a red flag I sadly ignored) We also paid a $250 nonrefundable cleaning/pet fee. When our job got cut short we notified her right away so she could change the availability online and find new renters. She told us she wasn't going to return the deposit; the next day she said they would refund 1/2 of our deposit 5 days after check out. (As of today they still haven't changed the availability of the house) We left the house the same as we found it, like we do everywhere we stay. When I contacted her about the deposit she said the house smells like cigarette smoke and we're not getting our deposit back. We don't even smoke. I don't think they ever planned on returning the deposit. Stay away unless you have an extra $1900 to throw away.
