DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! RUN

There is a woman that lives upstairs with a toddler that runs all day and night. If you prefer having a clean space, you would hate it here. She claims she has a cleaner, but the house was dirty from day one. I complained twice and she did nothing to accommodate, my contract was terminated and we agreed to terminate the lease but now she's blaming me for breaking something I did not break which cost approximately $20 to fix. She is a literal Slumlord. I'm the easiest person to get along with and I never write reviews but if I can help here I am. The med student lives downstairs and has to leave in order to study because the kid is so loud. I do not recommend but see for yourself. If zero stars was an option, I would easily choose it.
