Meh

The unit itself was fine, it did not have a smart TV, however everything else is as advertised. The building was pretty gross and poorly maintained. The pool was empty, and judging from Google Reviews of the building, has been empty for a long time. The hallway always smelled of trash and at one point I had to stop using a stairwell because someone did not clean up after their dog relieved itself in the stairwell and it sat their for the remainder of my stay. The gym was as advertised. Location is nice as the canal is right outside the building. Finally, I never received my deposit back and when I followed up on this I never received any kind of response.
