Airy 2nd Floor with Balcony

A great place for an extended stay!

Overall the stay was very nice. Not only is the space a great size for one person, the proximity to the Five Points, Riverside, and Avondale areas is perfect. Additionally, there is a Publix and restaurants that are only a 3 minute walk away. If you enjoy parks, this is a great spot for you. My only complaints were relatively small in nature. The apartment lacked a working vacuum (but did have a broom), there was a section of ceiling in the bedroom dropping pieces to the floor due to water damage, and the stovetop had eyes that were very unbalanced/bent. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for an extended stay. Ralph was very kind and provided me a rent credit when a plumbing issue occurred during my stay. Thanks for the nice place to stay!

Great river view apartment

This apartment is in such a fantastic location! Even though it's close to a lot of action, it's a quiet neighborhood. The people are friendly and the river is beautiful. Very walkable to several things including grocery, dining, a park, and a hospital. The unit has a lot of charm and A+ natural light. It's very well stocked with everything you need for a long stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and there's a standing desk which was amazing as a remote worker. Ralph is the nicest, coolest property manager I've ever worked with. He's super responsive and all around delightful. I highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Riverside!

Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage is in a prime location! Very walkable to many restaurants, parks, the grocery store, local hospital, and weekend arts market. Ralph is such a kind and easy-going landlord, who is also very responsive. The apartment is remodeled and very clean when I moved in. The cottage has its own parking spot and washer and dryer. I wish I didnt have to leave this place that I called home for a year.

Wonderful 2 month mini stay

I was new to the Jacksonville area for work and wanted to get a place that had a lot of walkability to events and restaurants/coffee shops. The location was perfect for that! Walking distance to the RAM market on Saturdays, the grocery store and more. Its right on the river and a beautiful walk/run in the evening. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. Ralph was a very responsive and attentive host. I had some issues with the water when I first moved in that he was able to resolve quickly for me. If you are new to Jacksonville, this is a wonderful place to stay to explore the area!
