Beautiful House in front of the beach.
Lot of Light, 360 d. view. Giant Lanai (Hawaiian terrasse with Roof and no walls. I min by car from Kihei Canoe club and ABC store, 6 min from Post Office, Longs, Safeway, Times Supermarket, Restaurants, Ace Hardware, Ross, Nail and hair salons.
Rent could be lower for a roommate situation (One room)

Location, Location, Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Marie's place in Kihei! The beach is right across the street, and Sugar Beach Bakery, Ululani, and the farmer's market is a quick 10-minute walk. There is also an ABC store in the same plaza that was closed for repair while we were there. Marie's place is located at the northern side of Kihei which means that it has easy access to the rest of the island. It is a short drive to all the great amenities that Kihei has to offer (e.g., great restaurants, food trucks, beginner surfing beach, etc.). Additionally, it is a great spot to explore the rest of the island, since everything is not too far of a drive away. It is a great location for a base camp before exploring other parts of the island. About the house itself. It is slightly older, but well kept and has beautiful arts throughout. We really enjoyed the Lanai, as it is large with outdoor sofa and a dining table. Staying at Marie's allows us to enjoy Maui like the locals do!
