Renters Beware Unsafe and Unfit for Tenants

Katherine was friendly and communicative, but this house is not fit for renters. Outlets often dont work, wires stick out of walls, switches and light fixtures are broken, and the porch has loose boards with no lightingunsafe at night. No AC was provided upstairs during hot weather, many windows wouldnt stay open or had no screens. Toilets were unstable, there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen, and mold is visible near outlets. Noise from construction next door frequently cut off our water. A landscaper also damaged our car with rocks, costing us hundreds to repair. Finally, Katherine kept our deposit, claiming we owed more due to her own lease mistakesomething weve taken legal advice on. Bottom line: unsafe, poorly maintained, and not ready for tenants. Rent elsewhere.
