It's a wonderful condo in high end -Kirby area. Reserved covered parking behind the unit. Walk to 10+ restaurants, and 3-minute walk for groceries. I included 2 TARGET DELI grocery pictures-it's only 3 minutes from my front door. GATED, small and safe community. NOT an apt. An 8-minute drive to MD ANDERSON or TX Children's Hospital, or Metro ride-bus stop very close. Walking trail is next door. Bedroom has it's own keyed locking...

Great Stay
Tom is such a great host. He was very helpful whenever I had problems (which were few). Id highly recommend this for med students rotating/travel healthcare employees.!

Excellent Accomodation!!
Tom is an absolute gem and his place was a delightful surprise! The space was incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was a major plus, with easy access to public transportation and a Target right next door for quick grocery runs. Tom himself was a fantastic host, always accommodating and helpful. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay, Tom's place is the perfect choice.
