Stayed for around 3 months, wonderful experience!

I had such a great experience renting from Yen during my internship in Seattle. As a college student moving so many hours away from home, I was nervous about what kind of landlord and housing situation Id end up withbut Yen quickly eased those worries. From the very beginning, she was kind, transparent, and incredibly helpful. Even though I rented a basement unit, it was in excellent conditionclean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with kitchen utensils in great shape. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. I stayed a little over two months and truly enjoyed my time there. Yen is a wonderful landlord who genuinely cares about her tenants. She made the whole experience stress-free, and Im confident that anyone who rents from her will have a positive stay as well.

Pleasant stay and great landlord

If you dont have a car, the property is nearby many transportation locations for easy commute. The landlord Yen is very welcoming and accommodating. The unit itself is very nice and the surrounding neighborhood is great with a lot of greenery. This is a great place to stay.

Proximity to downtown Seattle was an amazing choice for us. a five minute drive to to Capitol Hill and easy commute to the east side with the I-90 exit being so close. Highly recommend this stay
