Just off Broadway, which leads directly downtown and has all the supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs you could ever want in very close proximity. There is a bus stop at the end of the street if you don't want to drive. Easy access to the 40 freeway and downtown if you do drive. There is no through traffic on the street, so it is very quite and just used by the residents.

Cozy, clean, great location!
Rented this home sight unseen, no complaints! Super clean, cozy, with a lovely back yard! Worked at UT Medical, very easy drive! Close to downtown makes for a cheap uber ride! Appliances appear to be newer, all work great! The owner is very easy to reach and quick with replies! Would 100% recommend!
