I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. From day one, it was a nightmare. Our only shower was filled with sewage water and toilet didn't work. The plumber told us our toilet was connected to our neighbors and suggested to only pee in there in hopes it didn't happen again. Had to replace all the towels and mats for the bathroom and clean it up myself. The walls are paper-thin, and the neighbors have some domestic abuse so there's a lot of screaming, blasting music, and slamming doors throughout the day and night. Not ideal for a night shifter like myself. The kitchen is poorly stocked and only have 4 dishes for a 3 bedroom house with a table that only fits 4 which isn't great if having any guests over. The furnace stopped working and woke up to the house at 53 degrees. The basement has a lot of water leaking whenever it rains. There is a foul smell in the basement time to time along with mold I informed the landlord and instead of getting it fixed he suggested for me to move my stuff up high so I would get anymore things wet. The neighbors also leave lots of food and milk out for animals in the backyard. I normally paid early for rent and one month I forgot and landlord although never had to, didn't let me know until 10 days after and charged me 50$/day Had to message the landlord for our deposit back, in which he charged me for the trash they removed and for a couple dishes in the sink. Save your money and your sanity. This place is a hard no.
