Room w/ queen sized bed, dresser and closet on North side of house (front yard) with window. Your private bathroom is across the hall with tub shower, it is clean and not cluttered but definite 70's vibe. There is a big living room with Smart TV, Amazon Prime. Hardwood floors, lots of plants, high ceilings and bar seating in kitchen and a semi-private bathroom. What does semi-private mean? You can place all your things in the bathroom and no one else will use the toilet. However, we need to share the tub shower. With good communication it has not been a problem.
