Private Studio, Private Kitchen, Private Bathroom and Private Side Yard

Highly recommend, walkable, everything you need!

I highly recommend staying in this wonderful studio. The unit has its own private entrance, through its own private, fenced side yard. Everything you need is here: in-unit laundry, king size bed, toilet with bidet, kitchen (2 burner stove and the microwave doubles as an oven). The owners put thought into having, not only functional, but high-end amenities. Only 1 wall is shared with the adjoining unit and they are very quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and walkable. I walked to Trader Joes and the dog park daily! The owners were friendly, great communicators, and were understanding. The icing on the cake is the fruit trees on the property. Wish I could have stayed longer, highly recommend!
