I rented this property for a year and had a wonderful experience. The location is hard to beat—right in the heart of Richmond and within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, the Capital Trail, and the river. Whether you enjoy biking, walking, exploring the city, or just being close to everything, it's an ideal spot. The space itself was perfect for a single person or a couple. The kitchen is surprisingly large with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining, the bathroom has been nicely updated, and the back patio is a great bonus for relaxing outdoors. As with any property in the middle of downtown, there can be some city noise on weekend nights, but that's part of living in such a vibrant and walkable area. During the week, I found it very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, this was a fantastic place to call home, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable rental in Richmond.

BEST LANDLORD!
This was my first experience with furnished finder as a traveler working out of state. Jason is the best of the best! Ive rented before and have had my share of bad landlords. JASON IS A GREAT LANDLORD! He was reliable, super responsive and professional to work with. This is also a cute, stylish place to stay at too! It is an excellent spot within walking distance to everything in Richmond!!

Convenient spot and comfortable space
This unit is right in the heart of downtown Richmond and conveniently located to a lot of cool things. Not only could I walk to the office spot, I quickly discovered a couple pf great places to eat and could do my training runs along the river and on Belle Isle. The space was comfortable but not cluttered with a bunch of "extras" that are usually not useful. Jason was easy to get a hold of when I had questions and very helpful the whole time I was there.
