Disappointed

Highlights..Landlord Paul was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and really did do his best to try to resolve issues. The unit itself was pleasant, pictures are accurate. Issues..Firstly, this IS NOT a step free access as described. There are 4 large awkward steps DOWN to get to the entrance door. There are also 2 steps inside the unit to get to the bedrooms. Not user friendly at all for myself using a walker. The dryer did not work the entire month. Paul checked on this but turns out it is an HOA problem as the dryer vent within building walls needs cleaned. The hot tub, although working, was no warmer than a Luke warm bath. Both Paul and myself inquired about this and office staff said it had been fixed recently. It was not usable as it was!
