Felt like home

I had the opportunity to stay in this house from October 3. 2025 to January 1, 2026 while working at the University of North Carolina Medical Center. The parking is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. It's very close to the mall and groceries stories. The main bedroom is very large and very comfortable with great amenities. The house feels like home and had no issues with mail deliveries. Cooper is very responsive by text to assist with questions or concerns It's a great location to get to some of the best hiking spots . i was prepared to stay another 6 months but my Locums contract was cut short.

This was my first time staying at a place on furnished finder and I was quite nervous especially being that I needed to stay for 6mos.however, Delquan, the landlord made everything just right. He not only accommodate our early move in but any questions, concerns etc he was quite responsive. He goes out of his way to ensure his tenants are happy. The house itself was immaculate. Its very modernized with a very warm and cozy feeling. The yard space is awesome and has a path leading to local park. The location is beyond perfect. Its literally central to everything; including surrounding cities and the neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. I HIGHLY recommend this cozy house if youre looking for a place central to everything with a caring and attentive landlord. Thank you Delquan!!!!
