The house has a large yard with a newly installed wood privacy fence. The landscaping needs work but we have been working on that as we can. Space
There are 3 bedrooms but one is set up as an office or sitting room. Great light in the house and the space is ideal for a couple or two single people. The house has good flow and is clean and comfortable. The hardwood floors are lovely, and there are area rugs in the bedrooms and the hallway.
Neighborhood overview
Not a busy street, near the college and the hospital, working class homes, some long-term rentals. Mostly quiet, neighbors are friendly, keep to themselves but say hello. There are a fair number of dogs in the neighborhood, but that seems to be Grand Junction in general. It feels safe. There is a hardware store blocks away and City Market is maybe 1.5 miles. Comfortable home, good location.

Clean, cozy and close to everything
Lauras home was the perfect place for me while I worked my contract at St. Marys. The home was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The garage and fenced in yard added security and privacy that I appreciated especially since I had my dog with me. Laura was always pleasant and quick to respond if I ever had any issues. I would highly recommend her home and would definitely rent here again. 5 stars!

Quiet, Cozy, and Spacious!
I've loved staying at this property during my travel contract in a cute and quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to everything! It is clean and the garage parking and yard are great to have! Laura is very responsive and great with anything I have needed! The house had everything I could need and am so happy I found such an amazing place to stay during my time in Grand Junction!
