Wonderful place & landlord!

We rented Kaitlin's house for 4.5 months, and we really enjoyed our stay! The house is quaint, but it had everything we needed. It is indeed very bright with the many windows. There's also plenty of storage downstairs. There is parking in the back as well as in front on the street. The house is an older home (squeaky floors and doors, which we noticed more when putting our toddler down to sleep), but it has been very nicely redone. We really liked the location close to stores (walking distance!) and trails. You may hear some traffic from Grand Ave in the summer, but it didn't bother us in the winter/spring, and the neighborhood was quiet. Kaitlin was super responsive anytime we needed anything, and was very accommodating and flexible, which was tremendously helpful and appreciated! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

This place has everything I needed! Very convenient location close to all of my day to day activities. The house is well kept and tastefully decorated. Nice quiet location with a fully fenced in yard and ample off street parking.
