Important: Deposit Issues, Privacy Concerns, and Limited Livability

If you have pets, be careful with the deposit terms here. Profile states $500 refundable security deposit and separate non-refundable pet fee. I was also told in both app messages and personal texts that the deposit was fully refundable. I have screenshots. At no point was it explained that any portion would later be used for deductions. After move-out, spending hours cleaning, I was told the full $500 would be withheld for cleaning in addition to the pet fee, even while being thanked for cleaning (screenshots available). I also experienced repeated unwanted interactions from the landlord that made privacy and boundaries difficult, creating an uncomfortable living situation. The unit may work as a basic hotel setup, but it is not practical for longterm living. Laundry is shared and often unavailable, kitchen functionality is very limited with no counter space. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this rental, or ever return.

Safe location

Nice, safe stay. I felt comfortable walking around and it was located in a convenient area that had many stores and cafes nearby. Good place for a student traveling.

Great space, quiet location

The studio was spacious and fit my needs perfectly! Imran was very responsive to any needs or questions I had and was a pleasure to talk with when we visited. I enjoyed the privacy of having a separate studio space and was able to work without distractions.
