The Alaska railway tourist train run through the back of the house a very nice and quiet train.

Clean & Quiet home
We stayed here 2 months and would have stayed longer but our contract was not extended. Lovely home with 2 comfortable beds and a full kitchen. It is in the basement of the primary home and the host was very responsive to any needs. Parking was private and inside a gate which was nice. There are train tracks right behind the home but we rarely heard the train go by, and it does not blow the horn there. Laundry is shared with the owner but onsite and free to use. Overall, I would recommend and would stay here again if ever back in Anchorage!
