Highly Recommend

Fatima is a reliable and responsive landlord, she is always available for whatever you need. The apartment is clean and spacious, it was recently updated and has all the necessities. I am a solo female and felt very safe in this neighborhood and home. I had a pet stay here as well and she loved the yard and walks in the neighborhood. There is space in the back for easy and safe private parking as well. The location and space is well worth the price, I'd highly recommend booking this place. Safeway and the georgia ave metro is a 10 minute walk, bus stops are 2 minutes away, along with many restaurants. Very quiet and safe neighborhood (and quiet nextdoor neighbors), with quick access to the rest of DC. If I am ever back in DC, I'd 100% book with Fatima again.

Good place for a good price. Only one window so good for nightshift. Safe neighborhood by decent food, not a long walk to the metro, close to bus stops. Lots of locks for girls living alone!
