Comfortable Stay
Perfect place to stay. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Common areas are cleaned by professionals. The room is spacious with plenty of storage space. Commute to most places is 30 min or less. My commute to work (MDC) was under 20 min. The host/landlord is onsite, he is sociable and respectful of personal space. When I return to ABQ I will definitely check for availability here. Overall pleasant stay.

Lovely home away from home!
I'm a new Travel RN and feel like I found the perfect 1st home away from home. My room is spacious, modern and has absolutely everything you need. My room had its own bathroom, walk in closet with lots of storage space, wall mounted tv, 2 dressers and 2 nightstands providing more storage. There is a garage which the owner lets you use. The kitchen is large and has everything you need! Again, big pantry with plenty of room. The neighborhood is very safe with beautiful desert and mountain views! Great for cycling and easy access to all main roads. I really enjoyed my stay here and I'm only leaving because I've decided to move to Albuquerque permanently :) I love my job, the city and the people. I've made great friends and will miss being a part of the day to day household here :)

Perfect Stay, Amazing Location & Comfort
I had a wonderful experience staying at this rental. The location was ideal-convenient to everything yet peaceful enough to truly relax. The view was absolutely stunning, making every morning and evening feel special. What really stood out was the owner's respect for privacy, while still being available if needed. I never felt intruded upon, yet I knew help was just a message away if necessary. The place itself felt so welcoming, like staying with family but with the perfect balance of comfort and independence. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be returning! And if you're into hiking / running there's plenty of trails nearby.

Beautiful quiet home
Large home. Well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. Owner respects privacy and personal space. Also added addition that was nice was a cleaner every other week.
