Clean and spacious studio apartment near downtown

Great location and wonderful apartment

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this clean and spacious apartment for a few months!! I loved being able to walk to the water and easily ride my bike to downtown St Pete. Patsy and Roger were excellent hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!!

Great apartment and excellent landlord

Had the pleasure of staying here during a 3 month stint in St Pete for work and both the apartment and Patsy were great throughout my stay. The apartment itself was clean, and it was clear that it was well taken care of. There were plenty of necessities to make settling in easy if you don't get the immediate chance to visit a store upon arrival, and they even included some extras like free coffee which was a nice touch. It was also really quiet and peaceful in both the apartment and in the neighborhood. All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I'm ever in the area (and it's hopefully available!).

I had the pleasure of staying at Patsy and Roger's for a few months over the winter and what a wonderful place to call home. I'd give their place 10 stars if I could. The apartment was beautiful and had everything that one could possibly need and the neighborhood was lovely. My cat Batman and I absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to visiting again in the future.

A lovely place to call home

My kitty and I stayed here while I worked at St. Anthonys hospital for a few months. The home is cozy and has all the accommodations you could need. Patsy and Roger take great care of the property and are always available for anything you need! There is also a great park within walking distance of the home that is right on the water! I was sad to leave.
