Wonderful Little Escape

I really enjoyed my time here. It was the perfect size for me and my furbaby. The backyard was a plus along with the neighborhood with its sidewalks for multiple walks. I loved the decor and furniture. It felt like home. The landlords were very attentive while I was here. They even went the extra mile when it came to the winter storm coming through by checking in and making sure I had enough heat. There's so much I could say! I fully recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful and looks like the photos and is even more spacious in person. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. We signed a month-to-month lease and were hoping to stay here for three months but before we got to the home, Ann informed us that someone wanted a longer lease and we would only be staying for one month. I wish we had the chance to lock it in before it was offered to someone else. Other than this, Ann was consistently responsive. We had a couple of maintenance issues but she worked to fix it.

Cozy, Great Location

Excellent location near medical districts, Magnolia Avenue, and lovely Fairmount Historic District. Really nice place to walk or jog around. Street parking was always available. Owner is very responsive and helpful.
